Fight for yourself.
Not alone.
The battle within is the one that rages most, but you’re not alone. Let’s battle it together, and from your ashes you will rise.
Built from the Fight
Manipulated Mental is the product of the bullshit I was able to overcome. Fighting my way out of the abyss I was in seemed impossible. Guess what! It’s not. Learning how to love yourself is an amazing feeling. I created Manipulated Mental to provide several tools to help you get your head space back to good. They can be used independently or together but take the time everyday to work on you.
Pieces to Peace
Six pieces. One journey. Your peace.
01 Pieces to Peace
Where the journey begins.
02 Overthinker
Quiet the noise inside your head.
03 The Battle
Face the fight within.
04 The Awakening
Wake up to your own worth.
05 From the Ashes
Rise from what tried to burn you.
06 Advocate
Speak for those still in the fight.
Your Arsenal
Write Away
When the negative seems to cover everything “Write Away”. Journaling can not only help you vent but to actually process whatever you are holding on to. Get it out because holding it in is toxic.

Picture This
My ability to draw and paint is definitely not one of my stronger ones. Pretty sad actually. Lucky for me a picture can literally be worth 1,000 words. Express your feelings and create amazing works of art at the same time

You can’t do this alone. These are people who get it, because they’ve lived it.

Visit the StoreThe Creation Hub
You came here for one brand. Stay and build your own.
Manipulated Mental was built from a single phone — website, store, socials, all tied to one identity. The Creation Hub is that same build, offered to you: we set up your brand’s foundation with you — your email, your site, your store, your accounts — from one place, under one name.
You keep creative control — you conceive it, we do the work — or hand us the whole thing and get your finished brand back in a box. Your privacy is protected by design: we never hold what we don’t need.
Founding Members: $29/month, locked for life. 10 seats.
“Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.”
I am building something out of what tried to break me.
